Digital & Physical Delivery Policy
Introduction
Next Layer Hub Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to delivering high-quality digital services and, on client request, physical computer-related products. This policy explains how we handle both digital and limited physical product deliveries.
Digital Service Delivery
- All digital services—such as app development, website creation, link building, and content writing—are delivered electronically via email, secure cloud storage, project management tools, or direct access links.
- Estimated delivery timelines are provided based on the scope of the project. Milestones and updates will be communicated regularly.
Revisions & Support
- Revisions or edits are provided as per the project agreement. Additional changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
- Support for any access or technical issues is available via email or phone.
Physical Product Delivery
- On client request, we can arrange delivery of physical computer-related products (e.g., hardware, peripherals).
- These deliveries are rare and constitute approximately 5% of our work.
- Shipping costs, timelines, and tracking details will be communicated individually for each order.
- Clients must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Next Layer Hub Ltd is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect information.
Payment and Access
- Payment terms are agreed before work begins or before physical product dispatch.
- Digital deliverables are accessible after payment confirmation, and physical products are shipped once payment is received.
