Payment terms are agreed before the project starts. For digital services, deliverables are provided after payment confirmation. For physical products, items are shipped only after payment is received.

5. Do you deliver physical products?
Yes, but only on client request. Physical computer-related products, such as hardware or peripherals, account for roughly 5% of our work. Shipping costs and timelines are communicated individually.

  • Physical Products: Shipping times depend on your location and the courier, and will be shared when you place your order.
