Occasionally, we may provide physical products on client request. Due to the nature of our services, the following return and refund terms apply:
1. Digital Services
All digital services are customized and delivered digitally. Once a project is started or delivered, it cannot be “returned” like a physical product. However, we prioritize client satisfaction:
- Revisions: We provide revisions as agreed in the project scope to ensure the final deliverable meets your expectations.
- Project Cancellation: If a project is canceled before delivery, refunds may be issued based on work completed.
- Dissatisfaction: Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you are unhappy with the service. We will work with you to resolve issues via revisions, improvements, or partial refunds where applicable.
2. Website & App Development
- Payments are milestone-based or full upfront as agreed.
- Refunds apply only for incomplete work or services not delivered as agreed.
- Once the website, app, or digital asset is delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued.
3. SEO, Marketing & Content Services
- SEO, marketing campaigns, and content writing are ongoing services.
- Refunds are not applicable for work already performed or campaigns executed.
- Cancellation mid-month may allow for pro-rated refunds for unused portions, subject to assessment.
4. Physical Products
On rare occasions, we sell physical products on client demand:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original condition.
- Refunds for physical products are processed after inspecting the returned item.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.
5. Exceptions
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@nextlayerhub.com within 7 days of service or delivery.
- Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be partial depending on work completed or product condition.
- Free consultations, audits, or sample works are non-refundable.
