- Projects may be billed in milestones or paid in full upfront as agreed.

- Any completed milestone already approved by the client is non-refundable.
- Once a website, mobile application, or digital asset has been delivered and approved, refunds cannot be issued.

- Refunds are not available for services already delivered or campaigns already executed.
